Hair is a part of our body that shows whether our body is healthy or unhealthy. I consider hair to be an indicator of the body. We can judge someone's health by their hair. If our body is healthy, then our hair is healthy. Today we will talk about hair problems and their treatment.
There are many some causes of hair loss such as,
- Weight gain or rapid loss
- Hormonal changes in the body, such as during pregnancy or during menopause.
- Anaemia, Iron deficiency.
- Thyroid disease
- Medications
- Mental stress.
- Unhealthy diet.
- Vitamin D, Vitamin C deficiency
- Genetically Hair hygiene.
Also, the use of chemicals on the hair is a major cause of hair loss. Not eating proper food, lack of vitamin D in the body, living under stress, drinking less water. If the medicine is being taken, it also affects the structure of the hair. Hair should not be ironed too much.

(1) Split Hair: Drink plenty of water, Avoid too much sunlight.
(2) Oily Hair: Apply lemon juice 5 minutes before washing and wash hair 4 to 5 times in the week with a good shampoo.
(3) Dull Hair: Apply olive oil before washing hair, and always use normal water to wash your hair, not hot at all.
(4) Dandruff: Eat fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water.

(9) Hair Loss: Avoid alcohol, antidepressants, Exercise morning and evening, Get enough sleep. Be sure to include fish in your diet, because fish is a good source of Vitamin D and omega -3 fatty acids, which is very necessary for strong and shiny hair.
