As you all know that no part of the human body is useless, every organ has some function and every part of the body has some of the other characteristics. Today we will talk about protecting teeth and how we can keep them healthy in a natural way, this will be our topic today. 
             
I have seen in my 20 years of a medical career that people often ignore teeth. Don't take care of dental hygiene. Due to which the teeth start to deteriorate. This causes bleeding from the gums and pain Toothache it is very painful. It can happen at any age. There can be various causes of toothache.
  
* Coming out of wisdom teeth.
* Tooth decay.
* Gums weakness. 
* Dental abscess.


We need to know if the teeth are unhealthy, they can cause many diseases. Unhealthy teeth cause heart and gastrointestinal diseases. Therefore, it is very important to have healthy teeth for a healthy body. Mix half teaspoon of crushed coal, half teaspoon of salt with 5 drops of lemon juice and brush your teeth in morning and evening regularly. The teeth will become white and shiny in a few days. 
     
The second method is to always use fluoride mixed toothpaste and then apply a little bit of coconut oil. This will also keep the gums and teeth beautiful and healthy. 
        
We should brush our teeth twice a day every day, before breakfast in the morning and at night before going to bed. Remember use soft brush in the way.

* Alcohol

 Beverages especially cold drinks and intoxicants. They destroy the teeth. They cause cavities in the teeth. These things should be brushed immediately after use, If this is not possible, you can use a straw for these things. 

If you want good and shiny teeth, do not use drugs at all. 
Teeth and gums need a lot of vitamin D and calcium, so eat foods high in vitamin D and calcium.

      Egg yolk. 
      *  Avocados. 
      *  Fortified milk and yoghurt.
      *  Sunlight (10-15 minutes in a day)
      *  Leafy green vegetables.
